Prana Stretch

Prana Stretch invites you into a space of deep relaxation.  As you are guided through a slow, healing practice of restorative postures and gentle breathing, Sofia will enrich the experience with hands-on adjustments and pressure.  The intention of touch is to encourage the body to sink into gravity, so the energy system can expand and flow. Expect to leave feeling a little taller, and deeply at rest in the body and mind.  Dress warm & cozy (socks encouraged).

Class is limited to 5 students, so one-on-one attention is ample.
