After receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree I found myself sitting at a desk in front of a computer. Working in that environment for a few years, I decided I wanted to spend my energy quite differently. I received yoga teacher certification at the Yoga Center of Minneapolis in 2011 and have been teaching ever since. I have learned through studying yoga and other modalities that I have a strong desire to contribute to others’ wellbeing. Through a deep practice of self growth and discovery, I seek to share these gifts with my community.
I have additional training in Yin Yoga, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, Barre, Pranassage, Chi Nei Tsang abdominal massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Thai massage and Swedish massage. I seek to stay inspired and engaged in a continual learning process.
Seeing my clients’ bodies and minds transform session to session and learn to move and breathe with greater flexibility and awareness gives me immense joy. My practice continues to evolve and incorporate new techniques focused on improving the lives of those around me.
