Pranassage
Receive the benefits of yoga practice without any effort! Enter a deep state of relaxation as your body is moved through various restorative yoga postures. Most of the session you will be lying on your back or your belly on a cushioned surface. Hands-on pressure, and sometimes full-body contact are used to increase your flexibility, range of motion, and induce an overall sense of well-being in your body and mind.
Thai massage (full-body)
Using full hand, or thumb-pressing pressure, your sen lines (meridians running through the body) are worked to stimulate and balance the various energies of the body. Sometimes stagnation occurs, and this therapy can induce a sense of release and flow. Performed on a cushioned surface on the floor, Thai massage also uses passive stretching movements to increase range of motion, improve circulation, relieve muscular tension, and promote overall relaxation.
Chi Nei Tsang (Thai abdominal massage)
The belly is often overlooked in bodywork sessions. Most of our vital organs are housed in the abdomen, and stimulation using a combination of gentle and deep massage can aid detoxification processes, improve digestion, stimulate the immune & lymphatic systems, and relieve stress. Abdominal massage can also be an excellent therapy to help “digest” and process challenging emotions.
Craniosacral Therapy
Using sustained light touch to access the bodies deepest rhythm of the Craniosacral system, this modality helps tune into your innate ability to heal from within. Inviting you into a practice of deep listening, you can sense the more subtle energies of the body. Appropriate for anyone seeking deep relaxation, but especially beneficial for those with migraines, high stress, fatigue, neurological disorders, concussion, or learning disabilities.
Swedish Relaxation Massage
This is the most common massage technique practiced in Western cultures. Resting on a massage table, organic cream along with long gliding strokes are utilized to ease you into a deep state of relaxation. With special attention paid to areas of muscular tension, you can begin to feel physical and emotional stress releasing from the body.

*Sliding Scale Payment: Recognizing that barriers to healing exist for many, I would like to offer one avenue to help make the modalities I share more accessible. For those that identify as part of a marginalized community (BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, those with a disability) and due to systemic oppression and economic hardship cannot pay full price, please pay between $50-90/hour for your session.
