Using hands-on pressure, and sometimes full-body contact to increase flexibility, range of motion, and induce an overall sense of well-being in body and mind.
Working with the sen lines (meridians running through the body) to stimulate and balance the various energies of the body. The session is performed on the floor on a cushioned surface. Thai massage works to increase range of motion, improve circulation, relieve muscular tension, and promote relaxation.
